Recommended signature dishes :
1. Ayam Goreng Kalasan >> Young chicken marinated for 24 hours in a 17-year-old marinade, then cooked with the marinade liquid and deep fried. Crispy yet succulent chicken dish to enjoy, especially when dipped in a special made shrimp chili paste.
Sate House only use healthy vegetable oil for its cooking. The oil MUST BE replaced with the new oil after used for three serving of chicken to meet with healthy standards.
2. Rendang Sapi >> A beef dish cooked with more than 10 Indonesian spices for 24 hours.
3. Recommended seafood dishes are : ¡§Bali Fish¡¨, ¡§BBQ Fish¡¨ , " Fish Curry" , "STEAMED FISH in LEMON SAUCE" "Fried Fish" & "Black Sauce Prawn".
